FAQ

1. Do I have to pay for this service?

No, your institution may have purchased this service. If any payment, your institution will cover the cost. Certain education apps can be bought from the Classe365 App market. In this case the apps are paid by individual students, teachers or parents.

2. Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees of using the service from Classe365.

3. How can I get login information?

Login information is generated at the time of set-up of your account by the institution administrator. Initial login information is sent by email or SMS. Please contact your administrator to resend this information.

4. I have forgot my login details.

Please use forgot password link to reset your password. The instruction to reset your password is sent either by email or SMS depending on your account set-up by your administrator.

5. I have changed my mobile number or email address. How can I get my password resent?

You will need to contact your administrator to resend the password information. We always recommend to keep your profile information current as this this is used to communicate important information. You can change these information from the edit profile section.

6. I'm not getting SMS alerts.

Please check if your mobile address is correct in the profile section of the page. If it is valid and you still are not receiving SMS, please contact your system administrator. This may be due to global SMS module and account set-up.

7. My details in the system are incorrect.

You can easily correct any incorrect information by simply going to the edit profile section after logging.

8. My academic marks are incorrect.

The system only shows information that is entered from teachers or administrators. If you think the information is incorrect, either please contact your subjects instructor or administrator.

9. My attendance has incorrect details.

Please contact your system administrator about the incorrect information. Teachers or administrators can easily make changes to the system if its incorrect.

10. My personal details are incorrect.

Your details can be easily edited either by yourself or the administrators. It is always recommended to keep your address, phone and personal information current, so your institutions can be in touch with you when required.

11. What forms of payment can I use?

You can pay with all major credit cards, and your subscription amount (if any) will appear on your monthly credit card statement. You will receive an email message when your invoice is ready to be viewed and, if a purchase order (PO) number is entered when you buy your subscription that number is included in your invoice.

12. As a students or teachers are my information private?

All your information is private, students cannot see each other profile. Teachers are able to add, edit or delete their subjects related information.

13. What happens to my data if the school cancel the subscription?

Your data is yours and the education institution had full control over this. If the institution decide to cancel your subscription, administrators can download from the data from relevant section. All data can be download in comma separated csv files, and saved to another location. Please note that you should save your data before you cancel. After you cancel your subscription, data associated with your account will be purged unavailable.

14. As this is an internet based application, is my information safe to be transmitted via web?

We use defence level security and privacy measures. All information is securely transmitted via the latest encryption and decryption technologies. Your information are safe and secure at all time.
